OUR LINK WITH THE LOCAL AREA
We always work to lessen our impact on the environment by utilizing the greatest technologies available and upholding the strictest safety and health regulations. Our relationship with the local community has always been close, and we play a significant role in the region’s economy.
Our goal is to transform natural resources into human energy and societal advancement. We think that a value-based performance culture, strict ethical standards, and a code of conduct that encourages environmental stewardship and personal integrity are the best ways to accomplish this goal. As a result, our corporate principles and ethical standards serve as the foundation for our corporate governance.
We think that sound corporate governance is more than just a technical exercise; rather, it is an essential component of the governing bodies’ day-to-day operations and establishes the standards that the company’s shareholders rely on. Additionally, the Board of Directors’ function is predicated on the shareholders’ roles and obligations being clearly defined.
