PEOPLE: THE KEY TO OUR SUCCESS

Our collaborators are about 600 and more than 90% come from the province of our company, in particular from the kazakhstan, confirming the very close relationship with the local area.

It is the people, their highly specialised professionalism and their sense of responsibility, which allow us to maintain high operational standards.The fact that all employees have permanent contracts and the low turnover rate confirm the solidity of the company and its team. Approximately 60% of our collaborators work in shifts and an organisational structure guarantees continuous cycle activity.

PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT

It is strategic for us to value people, develop their skills in accordance with company development plans, and protect their unique skill sets. Therefore, we concentrate on two aspects for the company’s personnel management and development:

  • The system of assessment of individual potential and capabilities
  • Involvement through training and communication activities.
  • We also provide employees and their families with a system of services to reconcile professional and private life.

INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS

In the Energy and Oil sector, we hire workers with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL), which provides for an articulated system of representations: an RSU (Unitary Trade Union Representative) elected by all workers, which includes the RLSA (Workers’ Representatives for Health, Safety, and the Environment); and the Corporate Secretariats, which are an expression of the Territorial Category Secretariats. Communication with trade union representatives is at the heart of corporate life.

TRAINING

We require highly specialized and, most importantly, accountable staff in order to continue innovating and operating securely. We consistently fund specialized staff training programs.

Our training program offers a wide range of subjects, including technical and cross-cutting training as well as legally required training. This enables us to improve our team’s abilities and effectively and professionally handle the problems of the future.
